THE “TRIBAL MELTING POT” TEAM BUILDING CHALLENGE
The objective of this particular type of team building is to bridge ethnic, cultural and racial divides by engaging delegates in fun traditional activities taken from various South African “tribes”.

Delegates will work in groups and will take part in team building challenges derived from the different ethnic groups within South Africa. The objective is to create fun team building exercises which facilitate a bonding experience as well as open the eyes of participants to the fun aspects of various cultures within South Africa in order to break down ethnic and racial divides and promote a sense of unity.
Your staff may be required to perform any of the following tasks:
• Gumboot Dancing
• San Rock Art Painting & Exhibition
• Jukskei
• Target shooting (Katty, Clay laat, self made bow and arrow)
• Pottery/Clay animal craft
• “Ntsimbi” traditional bead work
• Drumming circle
• Tyre and stick race (old car tyre with a bit of water in driven with two sticks)
• African Pot Cook off
• Bokdrolspoeg kompetiesie
The possibilities are endless.
Each activity is done entirely by the delegates and relies on communication, brainstorming, planning, implementation and self-assessment.
An ideal venue is Mpongo Park, where delegates can enjoy a game drive and traditional South African lunch.
We are mobile and can suggest other venues, or can facilitate these activities at a venue of your choice.
